While we do offer virtual services, working onsite allows us to integrate into the executive team and make the maximum impact that is tailored to your unique needs. This helps us to better advise our clients to confidently make business decisions.
We Are Not a Law Firm
We are purposefully not structured as a law firm, which allows us to better meet the needs and budgets of our clients. With this business model, we work with independent, local, and licensed attorneys who review the work our employees do for you. Not only will you have top-tier talent working to solve your legal problems, but also the confidence that whatever we do is compliant with local rules and standards. We do this at a fraction of the cost of hiring a retaining a lawyer on your own.
Catalyst Legal will not:
Appear in court or other formal forums.
We will do all the preparation work and find you a qualified individual who can appear in court if needed.
Sign official documents as your appointed counsel or on the client’s behalf.
We will help you prepare official filings and comply with local rules and regulations, but we will not sign off on any official documents.
Represent you as your attorney.
We act as a supplement to your attorney. If you don’t currently have one, we will find you a licensed attorney in your area
